Michael Restiano, a Tufts student from Revere, will be spending next year studying at Oxford University in England. This is a tremendous achievement for a young man brought up here, and who went to public schools here.
He is a very bright young man who passed the rigorous Oxford entrance exams with the highest grades possible and was chosen as a result.
We wish to express to his proud parents, Larry and Debra, our sincerest congratulations for this wonderful success their son has achieved.
