The Revere Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) met recently and granted three petitions while denying another.
Elizetes S. Avellar was approved for a parking in the rear yard variance to enable the appellant to park three motor vehicles in the rear yard at 126-128 Harris St.
•Maryellen Martin, 59 Witherbee Ave., was approved for a special permit to enable the appellant to modify an existing single family home at 197 Rice Ave. by constructing a second story addition over a proposed attached garage in the rear yard and also constructing a front porch with a roof enclosure in the front yard.
•Michael DeBeneditto, of 20 S. Genesee St., was granted a front yard setback variance to enable the appellant to construct a front door enclosure in the front yard at 22 S. Genesee St.
•William and Craig Neil, of Peabody, were denied a variance for lots adjacent to 78 Gore Rd/295 Rumney Rd. that would have given them a qualified lot to construct a two-family dwelling.
•Joseph Salamone of Top Notch Custom Homes, 25 Ellerton St., was continued in his request for a front yard setback variance to enable the appellant to construct a two-family dwelling lots adjacent to 307A and 303B Ridge Rd.
The next meeting is Wednesday, April 30.
