Eugene McCain, Alliance Capital (MA) LLC, spent many months meeting with potential gaming operators and was pleased to announce last week that Las Vegas based Navegante Group, a full-service gaming company that specializes in the design, development, and management of gaming facilities, has joined the team as a gaming consultant and will be the proposed operator for the limited electronic gaming and hotel facility that is being considered for Revere.
