Revere Beach Boulevard (below) was starting to look drivable on Monday morning following another Blizzard on Sunday that brought in an additional 16-18 inches of snow. Meanwhile, members of the National Guard were in Revere helping to clear fire hydrants on Tuesday and got a special visit from Lt. Gov. Karyn Polito.
