Boxers from Revere Boxing Outreach Program participated in the Winter Warfare Boxing Competition at Bernardo Boxing in Fall River. The USA Boxing sanctioned event paired Revere’s Pedro Rodriguez Bedoya and Elias Ruiz with some strong competition. “We may not have come home with a W, but our Revere boys stepped up and fought two great fighters without any hesitation. We will continue to develop and improve, brick by brick, day by day.” said Joe Singer, one of the founders of the program and one of Revere’s School Resource Officers. The program will be highlighted again in the New England Silver Gloves Tournament on December 16th and 17th in Winthrop with Jamil Orchi representing Revere.
