ARREST Report

MONDAY,

FEBRUARY 6

Janine M. Proia, 22, of Winthrop, was issued a summons for a charge of assault & battery.

Sergio DaCunha, 33, of Chelsea, was issued a summons for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of a marked lanes violation.

Jesus C. Samame, 36, of 491 Beach St., was issued a summons for charges of attaching plates and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.  He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Joseph M. Dellorfano, 44, of 60 Cecilian Ave., was arrested on two outstanding warrants and on charges of larceny from a person, identity fraud, uttering a counterfeit note, and trespassing.

Sarah P. Hitchcock, 62, of Marblehead, was issued a summons for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Brandon B. Ortiz, 22, of Lynn, was arrested on a charge of assault in a domestic situation.

Krunalkumar J. Patel, 31, of East Boston, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor.

Jesse M. Lewis, 25, of 418 Revere Beach Parkway, was arrested on charges of assault in a domestic situation and malicious destruction of property over $250.

William J. Worsh, 51, of 418 Revere Beach Parkway, was arrested on a charge of assault in a domestic situation.

 

TUESDAY,

FEBRUARY 7

Jonathan S. Murphy, 28, of Salem, was issued a summons for charges of two counts of making a threat to commit a crime and intimidation of a witness.

Eduardo M. Romero, 18, of Saugus, was issued a summons for charges of assault by means of a dangerous weapon, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger, failing to stop for a police officer, malicious destruction of property over $250, malicious destruction of property under $250, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

A 17 year old juvenile was issued a summons for charges of illegal possession of a Class D controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute, violating the drug-free school zone law, and receiving a stolen motor vehicle.

Matthew J. Sutherland, 43, of 45 Gove Rd., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on charges of assault in a domestic situation and larceny of property over $250.

Geraldine D. Valladares, 27, of Lynn was arrested on a charge of assault in a  domestic situation.

 

WEDNESDAY,

FEBRUARY 8

Barry F. Dempsey, 57, of 418 Revere Beach Parkway, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Daniel P. Morrow, 51, of 101 Florence Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

John J. Ciano, 30, of 288 Vane St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Two 13 year-old juveniles, two 15 year-old juveniles, and a 16 year-old juvenile were arrested on charges of disorderly conduct.

Heather M. Thibodeau, 28, of 16 Francis St., was issued a summons for a charge of shoplifting.

Steven Michael Hescock, 19, of Billerica, was arrested on charges of two counts of making a threat to commit a crime, assault in a domestic situation, and malicious destruction of property under $250.

Johanna F. Kennedy, 40, of 39 Lambert St., was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Brandon W. Dunham, 48, of 90 Atwood St., was arrested on a charge of trespassing.

Michelange Brice, 38, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of assault in a domestic situation and breaking & entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor.

Laurence Monantino, 29, of Chelsea, was issued a summons for a charge of larceny of property over $250.

 

THURSDAY,

FEBRUARY 9

William DeAngelo, 37, of 6 Glover Drive, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Luiz A. DaCunha, 25, of 56 Furness St., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Eduardo M. Romero, 18, of Saugus, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

 

FRIDAY,

FEBRUARY 10

Abas M. Bilal, 22, of Charlestown, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and three counts of breaking & entering into a motor vehicle in the nighttime.

Jillian F. Biddiscombe, 35, of Winthrop, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting (3rd offense).

William R. Harris, 30, of 41 Avalon St., was arrested on a charge of assault in a domestic situation.

 

SATURDAY,

FEBRUARY 11

Francisco Santiago, 21, of Lynn, was issued a summons for a charge of assault & battery.

Jaclyn Giordano, 20, of 1698 North Shore Rd., was issued a summons for a charge of assault & battery.

James T. Brennan, 30, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of armed robbery.

 

SUNDAY,

FEBRUARY 12

Timothy J. Keohane, 37, of East Boston, was arrested on charges of illegal possession with intent to distribute Class A, Class B, and Class E controlled narcotic substances (all subsequent offenses), and rude & disorderly conduct in violation of the city ordinance.

Helivelto G. Carvalho, 39, of 88 Vane St., was arrested on two counts of assault in a domestic situation.
