ARREST Report

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 2

Katrina Marie Hoskyns, 20, of Malden, was arrested on charges of shoplifting, making a threat to commit a crime, disorderly conduct, and assault.

David Haney, of Revere, listed with no address, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant and on a charge of shoplifting.

Ada Garcia, 24, of Chelsea, was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.

Ellen M. Hamilton, 59, of 37 Cecilian Ave., was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (second offense).

SEPTEMBER 3

Sydney Bangs, 21, of 1 Centennial Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Wilmer Javier Padilla, 34, of Chelsea, was arrested on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and refusing to identify himself to a officer while operating a motor vehicle.

Luz L. Rodriguez, 54, of Chelsea, was issued a summons for a charge of allowing an unlicensed person to operate his motor vehicle.

Pasquale Andreottola, 60, of 32 Centennial Ave., was issued a summons for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense).

Diana L. Alvarez-Hernandez, 20, of 313 Cooledge St., was arrested on charges of larceny of property under $250 and larceny of property over $250.

Manuel E. Alvarez, 27, of 37 Ridge Rd., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of a marked lanes violation.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 4

James J. Christian, 40, of Weymouth, was arrested on charges of three counts of uttering a false prescription, forgery of a document, uttering a false document, two counts of carrying a dangerous weapon, illegal possession of a knife in violation of the city ordinance, and illegal possession of a Class B controlled narcotic substance.

Harold L. Williams, 60, of Boston, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a  charge of larceny of property over $250.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6

Jose L. Torres-Martinez, 28, of Warwick, R.I., was issued a summons for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

A 15 year old juvenile was arrested on a charge of larceny from a person.

Joseph Daniel Dulcetta, 32, of 4 John St., was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

Felix Lopes, 29 of 194 Reservoir Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Arnulfo Gutierrez, 26, of Lynn, was issued a summons for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, and wanton destruction of property over $250. He also was cited for having an open container of an alcoholic beverage while operating a motor vehicle.

Robert Edward Rose, 22, of 189 Cooledge St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Michael J. Linscott, 58, of 557 Beach St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Matthew Forti, 18, of 137 Revere St., was arrested on a charge of armed robbery.

Richard A. Gordon, 26, of 83 Tuscano Ave., was arrested on charges of assault & battery and assault by means of a dangerous weapon

A 17 year old juvenile was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

THURSDAY,

SEPTEMBER 8

Mohamed Hussein Nimar, 54, of Jamaica Plain, was issued a summons for charges of operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Taurek Musa Dugha, 35, of Boston, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

David J. Luongo, 34, of 69 Kingman Ave., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 9

A 16 year old juvenile was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

Pedro Herrera, 245, of 33 Summer St., was arrested on four outstanding warrants.

John G. Robichaud Jr., 28, of 188 Pearl Ave., was arrested on charges of armed robbery and assault by means of a dangerous weapon.

Four juveniles, ages 15, 16, 17, and 17, were issued summonses for a charge of trespassing.

James A. Griffin, 49, of 127 Harris St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Patricia R. Viera-Nagy, 42, of Lynnfield, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (2nd offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and assault.

Marcial P. Merino, 60, of 40 Elm St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor; operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been suspended for operating under the influence of liquor, while under the influence of liquor; and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of a marked lanes violation.

Christine Baylis, 45, of 12 Freeman St., was issued a summons for a charge of shoplifting.

Fernando Rodrigues, 28, of Framingham, was issued a summons for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 11

Louis M. Guido, 53, of 176 Broadway, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.
