Police Briefs 09-19-2012

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 10

William Brad Tolley, 32, of Chelsea, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infractions of speeding and failing to stop for a traffic control signal.

John R. Lewis Jr., 27, of 292 Salem St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of illegal possession of a Class A controlled narcotic substance.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11

Three juveniles, ages 14, 14, and 15, were arrested on a charge of breaking & entering into a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony.

Dale Lundquist, 42, of 276 Fenno St., was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant and on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender, subsequent offense.

Wayne C. Edwards Jr., 32, of 49 Constitution Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12

Brian Joseph Carroll, 27, of 168 Cooledge St., was arrested on charges of assault & battery upon a person 60 years of age or older with injury and intimidation of a witness.

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 13

Heather E. Harper, 22, of Dedham, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

David-Mikel Strout, 23, of 10 Waitt Ct., was arrested on charges of assault, assault by means of a dangerous weapon, intimidation of a witness, and malicious destruction of property under $250.

Kendra Marie Morrison, 32, of Norway, Maine, was arrested on a charge of illegal possession of a Class A controlled narcotic substance.

Christopher M. Hanson, 41, of Turner, Maine, was   arrested on charges of being present where heroin was being kept and illegal possession of ammunition without a firearms identification card.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 15

Arnoldo Chavez, 33, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and exhibiting the driver’s license of another person.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 16

Vincent F. Kelly, 42, of Medford, was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.

Eduardo Cardoza, 23, of 39 Thornton St., was arrested on charges of assault & battery and two counts of assault & battery upon a police officer.
