Police Briefs 10-19-2011

MONDAY, OCTOBER 10

Diane M. Amoroso, 51, of 220 Proctor Ave., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (2nd offense), operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger, and armed assault with intent to murder. She also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of operating a motor vehicle with an open container of alcohol.

Frederick R. Stack, 44, of East Boston, was arrested on charges of receiving stolen property under $250, malicious destruction of property over $250, and breaking & entering into a motor vehicle with intent to commit a felony.

TUESDAY, OCT. 11

Andrew A. Chagaris, 29, of 31 Central Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had bene revoked.

Hector R. Diaz, 62, of 249 Lantern Rd., was arrested on charges of assault & battery, two counts of assault & battery upon a police officer, resisting arrest, and disturbing the peace.

Joseph V. Flammia, 43, of Saugus, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Shedrick Renoid Morgan 28, of Lawrence, was arrested on a charge of being rude & disorderly in violation of the city ordinance.

Kevin R. Smith, 44, of Stoneham, was arrested on a charge of assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 12

Edmund Duff, 55, of 80 Arnold St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Miguel A. Maldonado, 33, of 66 Franklin Ave., was arrested on two counts of assault & battery.

William R. Rose, 47, of 126 Lantern Rd., was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been revoked.

Theresa M. Ruggiero, 41, of 31 Hillside Ave., was arrested on charges of receiving stolen property under $250 and illegal possession of a Class C controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute.

Cheryl A. Southern, 40, of 80 Arnold St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a  charge of illegal possession of a Class C controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 13

Daiboro E. Acosta, 25, of 79 Thurlow Ave., was arrested on charges of assault & battery and assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon.

Dwight D. Meyer, 48, of 54 Proctor Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Wilias Lopes Rocha, 24, of 72 McKinley St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

FRIDAY, OCT. 14

Nilson Suarez Baez, 39, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a Class B controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of a false motor vehicle document, and giving false identifying information to a police officer. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of a marked lanes violation.

A 14-year-old juvenile was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of disorderly conduct.

SATURDAY, OCT. 15

Jerry Boisrond, 35, of Brockton, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Robert C. Consolo, 29, of Melrose, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Louis M. Fejes, 32, of 95 Florence Ave., was arrested on charges of malicious destruction of property over $250, larceny of a firearm, and larceny of property over $250.

Joseph V. Flammia, 43, of Saugus, was arrested on a charge of violating a domestic abuse prevention restraining order.

SUNDAY, OCT. 16

Robert Madore, 38, of 4 Lincoln St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of larceny of property over $250.

Edwin Torres, 28, of 10 Prospect Ave., was arrested on charges of assault & battery, larceny of property under $250, intimidation of a witness, and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
