Garfi eld Elementary School Principal Patti DiGregorio took a helicopter ride last Thursday – despite
being scared of heights – in order to fulfi ll her requirement for the Stop & Shop A+ Schools
program. While DiGregorio fl ew over Revere Beach, Beachmont and the Garfi eld School, students,
staff and teachers assembled on the ground to cheer her on.
