MONDAY, JULY 2
Alfonso G. Balarezo, 45, of Prospect, Conn., was arrested on a charge of larceny from a building.
Michael J. Parker, 54, of Chelsea, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.
Felipe E. Araya, 33, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (second offense), operating an uninsured motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of an accident after causing property damage. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
TUESDAY, JULY 3
Pernell Brown, 49, of Dorchester, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.
WEDNESDAY, JULY 4
A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle recklessly so as to endanger, and being a minor in possession of liquor. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of operating a motor vehicle with an open container of an alcoholic beverage.
THURSDAY, JULY 5
Alvin H. Franklin, 50, of Boston, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of shoplifting.
FRIDAY JULY 6
Alexis Chantel Rowling, 24, of Lynn, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after her right to operate had been suspended.
Paul L. Ortiz, 34, of 40 Crest Ave., was arrested on a charge of illegal possession of a Class B controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute (subsequent offense).
