ARREST Report

MONDAY,

DECEMBER 12

Johnny D. Black, 29, of Norwood, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (2nd offense), assault & battery upon a police officer, resisting arrest, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and causing malicious  damage to a motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Luis Flores, 31, of Fenno St., was issue a summons for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident after causing property damage.

Ragheb Moutaabid, 45, of Broadway, was arrested on a charge of assault & battery in a domestic situation.

Marin Marinkovic, 24, of 54 Waitt Park, was issued a summons for charges of breaking & entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, intimidation of a witness, larceny from a building, and assault & battery in a domestic situation.

David Doherty, 54, of Revere, listed with no address, was arrested on charges of trespassing, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assault & battery upon a police officer.

Amy L. O’Halloran, 48, of Dorchester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Ahkeem A.Tucker, 21, of 305 Cooledge St., was issued a summons for charges of causing malicious damage to property over $250 and leaving the scene of an accident after causing property damage.

Domenick A. Durbano, 19, of 67 Furness St., was issued a summons for charges of causing malicious damage to property over $250 and leaving the scene of an accident after causing property damage.

Boobakeur Benhamou, 20, of 204 Constitution Ave.,  was issued a summons for charges of causing malicious damage to property over $250.

Pamela J. Gooden, 49, of Boston, was arrested on charges of causing malicious destruction to property over $250 and disturbing the peace.

TUESDAY,

 DECEMBER 13

Avelino R. Rivera, 26, of Chelsea, was issued a summons for a charge of operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been suspended. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of speeding.

Julieann Sullivan-Arroyo, 28, of Chelsea, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and larceny by check of property greater than $250.

Brianna Palmarian, 25, of Chelsea, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and larceny of property greater than $250.

WEDNESDAY,

DECEMBER 14

Tiffany L. McCaffrey, 27, of Revere, listed with no address, was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

Chen Cheng, 24, of 21 Overlook Ridge, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Marin Marinkovic, 24, of 54 Waiit Park, was arrested on a charge of violating a domestic abuse prevention restraining order pursuant to c. 209A.

Eric S. Mahoney, 39, of 592 Beach St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Fior Daliza Baez, 42, of Mattapan, was issued a summons for a charge of leaving the scene of an accident after causing property damage.

Rose M. Cohan, 49, of 87 Endicott Ave., was issued a summons for a charge of operating a motor vehicle after her right to operate had been suspended.

THURSDAY,

DECEMBER 15

Joseph Ciulla, 40, of East Boston, was issued a summons for a charge of shoplifting.

Saida Olivier, 32, of Lynn, was issued a summons for a charge of shoplifting.

FRIDAY,

DECEMBER 16

Javier A. Acevedo, 43, of Jamaica Plain, was arrested on a charge of assault & battery in a domestic situation.

SATURDAY,

DECEMBER 17

Jose Elias-Bonilla, 33, of 42 Neponset St., was issued a summons for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Jairo Alejandro Ramirez, 23, of 15 Lowell St., was arrested on charges of assault & battery in a domestic situation and assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon.

SUNDAY,

DECEMBER 18

Dawari Mark Dan-Harry, 27, of 155 Cooledge St., was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and refusing to identify himself while operating a motor vehicle.

A 16 year old juvenile was issued a summons for a charge of malicious destruction of property over $250.

Gia Marie Gaeta, 31, of 57 Oak Island St., was arrested on charges of disturbing the peace, making a threat to commit a crime, and rude & disorderly conduct in violation of the city ordinance.
