The City of Revere recently released its full list of Vacant Buildings. That list specifies those properties that will be fined for being abandoned. When the list was created, it was during much better economic times, and the purpose was to push the city’s few vacant property owners to sell in a boom market. Now, however, with the city and state mired in a housing crisis, the list has become a measuring stick for the problems.
