John D. DeAvilla Jr., 29, of 55 Beach St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Daniel W. Homsey, 30, of 566 Beach St., was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a knife in violation of the city ordinance, mayhem, and four counts of making a threat to commit a crime.
Jamila Gn McNeil, 20, of Lowell, was arrested on a charge of uttering a forged instrument.
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 23
Joseph M. Rizzo, 61, of 56 Revere Beach Parkway, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger, illegal possession of a Class B narcotics substance with intent to distribute, and illegal possession of a Class A controlled narcotic substance (subsequent offense).
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 26
Valerie Belloise, 25, of 449 Proctor Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Joseph Giuliano, 38, of Winthrop, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Peter J. Iannotti III, of Nashua, N.H., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger, and possession of a firearm or ammunition without an FID card. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of a one way violation.
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 27
Javier Martinez Flores, 29, of Lynn, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of failing to yield at an intersection or rotary.
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 28
Teresa Colangeli, 27, of Medford, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Adam Rodriguez, 19, of Hudson, was arrested on a charge of illegal possession of a knife in violation of the city ordinance.
