Sunday afternoon was a beautiful day, and with the sunny weather, lots of local pet lovers turned out to the front patio of St. Anthony of Padua Parish on Revere Street to get their furry loved one blessed. Father Paul welcomed all and began with a general prayer to all pets and the ones no longer with us. Following the prayer, Fr. Paul proceeded with the blessing, making sure all were anointed with the blessed water. All pet lovers received a medal for their pet along with a prayer card.
