STOLEN GUN

Revere Police arrested a man carrying a loaded firearm last Monday, Oct. 1, on Garfield Avenue.

Around 10:30 a.m., officers observed the man, who is known to them, acting suspiciously as he walked on Garfield Avenue. That activity became even more pronounced once he saw police coming.

Officers stopped to engage with him, and after a search found him to have a loaded firearm.

After an investigation, the firearm proved to be stolen.

Timmy Hem, homeless of Revere, was charged with carrying a firearm, possession of ammunition without a permit and receiving stolen property under $1,200.

 

ENDANGERING CHILD

A Chelsea man was arrested after he was found to be driving while intoxicated, and also with a child unsafely riding in the car as well.

Around 4:44 p.m. on Oct. 2 police saw the man run a stop sign, and pulled him over for the violation.

As they came to the car, they observed a child in the back not properly restrained.

As they spoke with the operator about running the stop sign, officers detected an odor of alcohol. Following an investigation, the man was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor and child endangerment.

Harry Delvalle, 39, of Chelsea, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, child endangerment while OUI, negligent operation, failing to stop, possession of an open container in a motor vehicle, and giving a false name.

 

DISTRIBUTION OF DRUGS

A North Street man was arrested on Oct. 2 for several charges of distribution of drugs.

Around 6 p.m., officers arrested the man after an investigation from the Drug Unit.

The man was charged with distribution of heroin and cocaine.

Nick Turco, 24, of 30 North St., was charged with possession to distribute a Class B drug, three counts of distribution of a Class B drug and three counts of distribution of a Class A drug.

 

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Police arrested a Lynnfield man on Oct. 3 for driving while under the influence of some narcotic.

Around 5 p.m., officers stopped the man for speeding on Malden Street.

While engaging with the man, officers felt he was under the influence of some sort of drug. They called in the Department’s Drug Recognition Officer, who agreed with their summation.

Calvin Charles Clemons, 27, of Lynnfield, was charged with failing to stop, speeding, operating under the influence of drugs, negligent operation and possession of a Class C drug.

 

ARREST Report

MONDAY, OCT. 1

Timmy Hem, 23, no residence listed, was arrested on charges of carrying a loaded firearm without an FID card, possession of ammunition without an FID card, and receiving stolen property in an amount less than $1,200 (subsequent offense).

 

TUESDAY, OCT. 2

Nicholas G. Turco, 24, of 30 North St., was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a Class B controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute, three counts of distribution of a Class A controlled narcotic substance, and three counts of distribution of a Class B controlled narcotic substance.

 

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 3

Calvin Charles Clemens, 27, of Lynnfield, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and illegal possession of a Class C controlled narcotic substance. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infractions of speeding and failing to stop for a traffic control sign.

David Matthew O’Connor, 44, of Woburn, was arrested oncharges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

 

 

FRIDAY,  OCT. 5

A 14-year-old juvenile was arrested on charges of causing malicious damage to property over $1200, trespassing, and rude and disorderly conduct in violation of the city ordinance.

 

SATURDAY, OCT. 6

Jhon B. Fabro, 21, of 30 Park Ave., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Jordanna E. Sullivan, 23, of Chelsea, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting (second offense).
