Santa Claus visited the Whelan School for the Winter Wonderland festivities on Dec. 11 and enlisted the help of one keen elf known as Keefe – Ward 4 Councillor-elect Patrick Keefe. Hundreds of kids, such as these two little tykes, turned out to see Santa and all his friends at the Whelan.
