Robert F. Ventullo, 22, of Lynn, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of breaking & entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony.

John D. Moore, 39, of 75 Grover St., was arrested on charges of malicious destruction of property over $250 and making a threat to commit a crime.
Mcestar V. Vilarson, 21, of 59 Pomona St., was arrested on charges of bring rude & disorderly in violation of the city ordinance, operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been suspended, and leaving the scene of an accident after causing property damage.

Ryan J. Boudreau, 17, of Winthrop, was arrested on charges of drinking in public in violation of the city ordinance, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Kelly A. Hickey, 44, of 111 Waldemar Ave, was arrested on charges of being rude & disorderly in violation of the city ordinance, shoplifting, and illegal possession of a Class E controlled narcotic substance.
James G. Lever, 39, of Everett, was arrested on charges of failing to stop for a police officer, illegal possession of a Class B controlled narcotic substance, operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been suspended, and operating a motor vehicle recklessly so as to endanger. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infractions of a ane violation and failing to stop at a traffic control signal.
