2129: Following the investigation into a MVA, officers issued a criminal citation to a 32 year old female Ellerton St. resident for the charge of permitting operation of her MV by an unlicensed operator. The officer also issued a summons to the female party for interfering with a police officer in the performance of his duty and disturbing the peace. The officer also issued a criminal citation to a 33 year old male Ellerton St. resident on charges of reckless operation of a MV, leaving the scene of an accident after causing property damage, operating a MV while under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a MV, and unlicensed operation of a MV.
