Thann Nguon, 34, of 52 Thornton St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Jacqueline Charlebois, 55, of Winthrop, was issued a summons for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Don P. Algeni, 50, of 32 Lowell St., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (5th offense) and operating a motor vehicle recklessly so as to endanger.
Jeffrey A. Gaudette, 24, of 64 Pemberton St.,  was arrested on charges of  operating a motor vehicle recklessly so as to endanger, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been suspended, and failure to stop for a police officer. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infractions of speeding, a marked lanes violation, a one-way violation, and a passing violation.
Edin Masic, 48, of 15 Parkside Place, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (2nd offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and causing malicious damage to property over $250. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in his motor vehicle.
Brandee Dee Collins, 33, of 2 Malden St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Nawaf N. Hassan, 26, of Lowell, was issued a summons for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
Alvaro C. Portillo-Gonzalez, 27, of East Boston, was issued a summons for  charges of racing a motor vehicle and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of speeding.
Cristian Sanchez, 32, of East Boston, was issued a summons for charges of reckless operation of a motor vehicle and racing a motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of speeding.

Joseph D. Coughlan, 21, of No. Easton, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of shoplifting.
Hector Luis Rivera-Marquez, 31, of 63 Jones Rd., was arrested on charges of trafficking in heroin and illegal possession of a Class A controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute (subsequent offense).
Soleil N. Diakabana, 29, of Chelsea, was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.
Karen Arango, 28, of 41 Thorndike St., was issued a summons for a charge of assault & battery.
Leeann Hescock, 43, of 73 Neponset St., was issued a summons for a charge of shoplifting.
Louie J. Colangelo, 35, of  87 Atwood St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
