ARREST Report

MONDAY,

DECEMBER 5

Pedro Rodriguez, 27, of Brookline, was arrested on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Steven K. Vera, 25, of 179 Constitution Ave., was arrested on charges of assault & battery in a  domestic situation, malicious damage to property over $250, disorderly conduct, intimidation of a witness, and resisting arrest.

Redouane Slimani, 51, of 331 Revere St., was arrested on a charge of assault & battery in a  domestic situation.

TUESDAY,

DECEMBER 16

Osama N. Aboukassem, 20, of Fall River, was issued a summons for a charge of operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been suspended.

Robert K. Brito-Pina, 24, of Cambridge,  was issued a summons for a charge of operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been suspended.

Abdelilah Elfariane, 23, of 4 Beachland Ave., was arrested on charges of violating a domestic abuse prevention restraining order pursuant to c. 209A, two counts of intimidation of a witness, and two counts of making a threat to commit a crime.

Erik A. Yandle, 44, of 210 Endicott Ave., was issued a summons for a charge of assault & battery.

Christopher B. Timm, 49, of Boston, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Divya D. Patel, 49, of 10 Marshview Terrace, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Juan Bermudez, 29, of East Boston, was issued a summons for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Danyel Dee Pesa, 27, of 12 Pratt St., was arrested on three outstanding warrants.

Marc W. Fitzpatrick Jr., 20, of 96 Mountain Ave., was issued a summons for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Landa F. Martinez,-Peguero, 21, of 140 Shirley Ave., was issued a summons for a charge of being a keeper of a noisy & disorderly house.

Sara Hernandez-Vasquez, 19, of East Boston, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

DECEMBER 8

Gregory J. Lelos, 47, of 15 Tuttle St., was issued a summons for charges of assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon, intimidation of a witness, and assault & battery in a domestic situation.

David Concannon, 18, of Malden, was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

Rosemarie Mazzola, 70, of Melrose, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Patricia M. Costa, 54, of Winthrop, was arrested on charges of malicious damage of property over $250, assault & battery upon a police officer, and violating a domestic protection restraining order pursuant to c. 209A.

Nicholas Murcia, 33, of Chelsea, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

FRIDAY,

DECEMBER 9

Matthew Forti, 18, of 137 Revere St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

William A. Amaya, 31, of Chelsea, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of shoplifting.

Gary W. Boyar, 58, of Boston, was issued a summons for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Danielle M. Dellamano, 33, of Stoughton, was arrested on charges of assault & battery and larceny of property over $250.

A 17 year old juvenile was arrested on charges of shoplifting and resisting arrest.

Marci S. Tenovsky, 53, of 25 Curtis Rd., was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

SATURDAY,

DECEMBER 10

Steven M. Hescock, 40, of 73 Neponset St., was arrested on charges of shoplifting and trespassing.

Alejandra Alicea-Vazquez, 23, of 418 Revere Beach Parkway, was issued a summons for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

SUNDAY,

DECEMBER 11

Calvin C. Clemens, 26, of 11 Cooledge St., was arrested on charges of two counts of assault in a domestic situation and two counts of assault by means of a dangerous weapon.

Ashley R. Benson, 30, of Saugus, was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a Class C controlled narcotic substance and operating a motor vehicle after her right to operate had been suspended.

Fermin V. Garcia, 34, of 65 Hopkins St, was issued a summons for a charge of allowing an unlicensed operator to operate his motor vehicle.

Ana Maria Cano, 50, of 59 Fernwood Ave., was issued a summons for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. She also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of failing to stop for a traffic control signal.

Luisa Arango, 23, of 467 Revere Beach Blvd., was  issued a summons for a charge of allowing an unlicensed operator to operate her motor vehicle.

Leandro DeMoura, 30, of Malden, was issued a summons for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of failing to stop for a traffic control signal.

A 17 year old juvenile was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.
