ARREST Report

SUNDAY,

NOVEMBER 6

Josue Castro-Reyes, 21, of Chelsea, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Lucas A. Portillo, 33, of Lynn, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor.

Rochelle L. Fernandez, 29, of Billerica, was arrested on charges of making a threat to commit a crime, intimidation of a witness, breaking & entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor, and rude & disorderly conduct in violation of the city ordinance.

TUESDAY,

NOVEMBER 8

Abdel Rahman Abla, 36, of 92 Proctor Ave., was arrested on a charge of assault & battery in a domestic situation.

Daniel L. Sasso, 44, of 19 Grand Ave., was issued a summons for a charge of evading a taxi fare.

Jerber S. Martinez, 40, of 10 Walden St., was arrested on charges of assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon and assault & battery in a domestic situation.

Abriana Christina Nieves, 26, of 260 Cushman Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of trafficking in cocaine.

Raymundo Henriquez, 33,  of 260 Cushman Ave., was arrested on a charge of trafficking in cocaine.

Kathryn Marie Barker, 35, of Lynn, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

NOVEMBER 9

Jose C. DaSiva, 33, of Everett, was arrested on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of traveling the wrong way on a one-way street.

THURSDAY,

NOVEMBER 10

Valdecio Jacome, 45, of Everett, was arrested on a charge of assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon.

Sherif Shabaka, 51, of 7 Bay View St., was issued a summons for a charge of assault & battery.

Fallon M. French, 33, of Chelsea, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Maria Rosa Giuliano, 42, of Winthrop, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of shoplifting.

Joseph T. Sarro, 41, of Lynn, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

FRIDAY,

NOVEMBER 11

Nicole M. Thain, 33, of 1509 North Shore Rd., was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

Tavian Daddario, 18, of 13 Raymond Rd., was issued a summons on charges of rude & disorderly conduct in violation of the city ordinance and assault & battery.

Stephanie L. Vozella, 31, of Chelsea, was arrested on four outstanding warrants.

Keith M. Hornsby, 47, of Lynn, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

SATURDAY,

NOVEMBER 12

Erwin Y. Herrera-Garcia, 30, of Boston, was arrested on charges of operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor infraction of failing to stop for a traffic control sign.

Douglas P. Mello, 55, of Fairhaven, was issued a summons for a charge of assault & battery.

Desiree Kristel Arnold, 32, of New Bedford, was issued a summons for a charge of assault & battery.

Alexander Pope, 39, of New Bedford, of New Bedford, was issued a summons for a charge of assault & battery.

Steven Michael Hescock, 37, of Dorchester, was arrested on a charge of assault & battery in a domestic situation.

William Arevalo, 37, of Dorchester, was arrested on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, attaching plates, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infractions of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and not having a valid inspection sticker.

Abdelilah Elfariane, 23, of 4 Beachland Ave., was arrested on charges of assault & battery in a domestic situation, assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon, and intimidation of a witness.

Marcel Becker, 27, of 24 Carleton St., was issued a summons for a charge of assault & battery in a domestic situation.

Keren Rivera, 28, of Chelsea, was issued a summons for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Gregory Anthony Capano, 66, of 418 Revere Beach Parkway, was arrested on a charge of assault & battery in a domestic situation and intimidation of a witness.

Adriel A. Herrera, 39, of East Boston, was issued a summons for a charge of shoplifting.

Mark N. Rockland, 56, of Winthrop, was issued a summons for a charge of using a motor vehicle without authority.

Anthony M. Riley, 27, of Cambridge, was arrested on charges of two counts of attempting to commit a crime, improper possession of ammunition, carrying a loaded firearm, and carrying a firearm without a license.
