Sophea Phoeng, 27, of 36 Lambert St., was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.

Todd C. Mason, 32, of Malden, was arrested on a charge of disturbing the peace.

Monico, 18, of Saugus, was arrested on charges of opertion of a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of an accident after causing property damage. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of a marked lanes violation.

Domingo Enrique Gomez-Martinez, 29, of Everett, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
