William J. King, 18, of Chelsea, was arrested on charges of possession of an electric stun gun and illegal possession of a Class D controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute.

Michael J. Shine, 45, of Chelsea, was arrested on three counts of assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon.
