Police Briefs 10-24-2012

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 16 

Ahkeem A. Tucker, 17, of 303 Cooledge Ave., was arrested on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop for a police officer, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, resisting arrest, and leaving the scene of an accident after causing property damage.

Ronald F. Powers, 39, of Boston, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Victoria D. Cardarella, 45, of 85 Whitin Ave., was arrested on charges of intimidation of a witness and making a threat to commit a crime.

Kenneth J. Cutliffe, 41, of 85 Whitin Ave., was arrested on charges of intimidation of a witness and making a threat to commit a crime.

Stephen Anthony Vidal, 18, of Chelsea, was arrested on charges of assault & battery and assault by means of a dangerous weapon.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 17 

Favian M. Cruz, 36, of Chelsea, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 18

Colin C. Gardinier, 40, of Chelsea, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Wenjie Dong, 49, of Malden, was arrested on a charge of keeping a house of prostitution.

Joseph Aldrick Girouard, 55, of 61 omona St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of keeping a house of prostitution.

Edward M. McDonald, 48, of Everett, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

George A. Williams, 43, of Somerville, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 19 

A juvenile was arrested on a charge of violating a domestic abuse prevention restraining order.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 20 

Anna O’Doherty, 22, of 135 Ocean Ave., was arrested on two counts of illegal possession of a Class E controlled narcotic substance.

Stacy L. Sarro, 28, of 41 Bennington St., was arrested on charges of four counts of illegal possession of a Class E controlled narcotic substance and one count of illegal possession of a Class C controlled narcotic substance.

Joseph E. Scarpellini, 31, of Everett, was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a knife in violation of the city ordinance, indecent assault & battery on a person under the age of 14, four counts of illegal possession of a Class E controlled narcotic substance and one count of illegal possession of a Class C controlled narcotic substance.
