Police Briefs 07-20-2011

MONDAY, JULY 11

Jason Charles Dulcetta, 24, of 4 Jordan St., was arrested on charges of malicious destruction of property over $250 and being rude & disorderly in violation of the city ordinance.

Jonathan A. Harris, 22, of 599 Lynn St., was arrested on charges of assault by means of a dangerous weapon and   being rude & disorderly in violation of the city ordinance.

Sharon M. Szalkowski, 35, of 14 Alice St., was arrested on charges of assault & battery, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

TUESDAY, JULY 12

Samuel Jean, 17, of Everett, was arrested on charge of illegal possession of a Class D controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute.

Philip Morose, 18, of Everett, was arrested on a charge of carrying a knife in violation of the city ordinance and illegal possession of a Class D controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute.

Patricia V. Prior, 65, of 291 Cooledge St., was arrested on charges of assault by means of a dangerous weapon, assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon, malicious destruction of property over $250, and assault & battery upon an elderly or handicapped person.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 13

Damien M. Centrella, 37, of Malden, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Robert J. DeFreitas, 43, of Boston, was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.

James M. Morris, 19, of 225 Crescent Ave., was arrested on a charge of illegal possession of a Class D controlled narcotic substance.

Noeuth Souy, 24, of 111 Walnut Ave.,  was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

FRIDAY, JULY 15

Donato P. Colella, 63, of 624 Broadway, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Marc A. Rizzo, 29, of 41 Library St., was arrested on charges of two counts of breaking & entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and resisting arrest.
