The city’s most popular senior, Morris Morris, is shown with a
friend cleaning up a parking lot on Lucia Avenue during last week’s Citywide Neighborhood Cleanup. It was the first year that the City has moved cleanup efforts from Revere Beach to Revere neighborhoods. At the behest of the Revere Beautification Committee (RBC), city councillors tagged onto the effort and promoted it in many of the wards. The cleanup coincided with Earth Day and was a success everywhere that councillors sponsored an effort.
