Russell Edward Bouche, 27, of Chelsea, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and receiving stolen property under $250.
THURSDAY, OCT. 28
Warren E. Hanson, 41, of 536 Beach St., was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.
FRIDAY, OCT. 29
Jinelle L. Courtois, 24, of Lynn, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.
Paula J. Howard, 48, of Winthrop, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor and operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger.
Joseph K. Irizarry, 21, of East Boston, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
John T. McKenna, 54, of 135 Ward St., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor and operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger. He also was cited for the civil infraction of drinking from an open container of alcohol while operating a motor vehicle.
Loreto Susi, 58, of 314 Beach St., was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.
Steven Kyle Vera, 19, of 177 Constitution Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of illegal possession of a Class D controlled narcotic substance.
SATURDAY, OCT. 30
Robert M. Covino, 45, of 104 Hichborn St., was arrested on a charge of being rude & disorderly in violation of the city ordinance.
Shawn S. DeVoe, 23, of 138 Newman St., was arrested on charges of assault by means of a dangerous weapon and illegal possession of a knife in violation of the city ordinance.
Israel Anthony Martinez, 24, of Chelsea, was arrested on charges of assault & battery and assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon.
Benjamin Reyes, 24, of East Boston, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of shoplifting, second offense.
SUNDAY, OCT. 31
Robin A. Figueroa, 21, of Boston, was arrested on charges of failing to stop for a police officer, leaving the scene of an accident after causing personal injury, leaving the scene of an accident after causing property damage, and operating a motor vehicle recklessly so as to endanger. He also was cited for the civil infractions of speeding and racing with another motor vehicle.
Adam B. Hartman, 38, of 78 Woodland Rd., was arrested on charges of assault by means of a dangerous weapon, making a threat to commit a crime, and disorderly conduct.
Wayne F. Houghton, 58, of Salisbury, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor and operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger. he also was cited for the civil infraction of speeding.
Stephen R. Tantillo, 25, of Weymouth, was arrested on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, illegal possession of a firearm, illegal possession of a Class C controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute, and possession of a knife in violation of the city ordinance.
