Last Sunday morning Ward 5 residents and supporters of State Representative Jeff Turco for re-election gathered at the Point of Pines Yacht Club for an intimate meet and greet with the popular state representative. Representative Turco met with the voters in his district and answered questions on his views on many topics. Turco talked about the many projects and funding for union jobs, housing and medical, all top concerns of voters.
State Senator Lydia Edwards was on hand to support her colleague, and offered her strong support of his re-election, one that would impact Revere and Winthrop alike. Ward 5 Councillor and Council Vice President Angela Guarino-Sawaya introduced her friend, and offered her strong support, making a strong choice for Revere’s future.
