A citation was given by House of Representatives and Speaker of the House Robert DeLeo and presented from aide Barbara Bishop at the Annual Friends of Belle Isle meeting on Sunday. The citation reads In recognition to outgoing President Joanne McKenna for her dedication, commitment and service to the Belle Isle Marsh.
