MAN FOUND SLEEPING IN CAR

A Revere man was arrested on Dec. 4 when a car owner found him sleeping in her back seat around 5:40 p.m.

The car owner got into her car in a parking lot near Park Avenue and was surprised when the man popped up from the back seat. He apparently had been sleeping there and fled from the vehicle, but stole some items.

Police responded and found him quickly. He said he was cold and tired and sought refuge in the car.

He did have some of the woman’s belongings from the car on him.

Marvin Alexander Bardales-Rodriguez, 37, of 15 Haskell Ave., was charged with breaking and entering a vehicle at night for a felony and one warrant.

 

ASSAULTED ON           A DRIVE

Revere Police are investing an odd situation that transpired on Dec. 4 when a man stopped on Broadway for directions.

Around 4:35 p.m., the man stopped for directions on Broadway, asking a man there about a location. The man said he would help him, but also asked for $20 and a ride to Lynn. The driver obliged.

However, on the way to Lynn, the man asked the driver to pull over. He then punched him in the face and fled.

There are no suspects right now.

 

HIT A HOUSE

A Revere woman was arrested on Dec. 3 when she hit a car and a house on Davis Street around 5:50 p.m.

Officers responded and found the woman, whom they deemed intoxicated. The victim said she saw the vehicle hit her son’s truck, which was parked. Then she pulled forward and hit a fence. Then she backed up and hit the truck again.

She followed that up by hitting the family home.

Officers arrested her on the scene.

Daysi Ester Perdomo, 40, of 43 Johnny Rd., was charged with operating under the influence of liquor (second offense), negligent operation, wanton destruction of property over $1,200, and license not in possession.

Daysi Ester Perdomo, 40, of 43 Johnny Rd., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (2nd offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and wanton destruction of property over $1200. She also was cited for not having a license in her possession.

 

TUESDAY, DEC. 4

Marvin Alexander Bardales-Rodriguez, 37, of 15 Haskell Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of breaking & entering into a vehicle in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony.

 

SATURDAY, DEC. 8

Joseph D. Woodside, 35, of East Boston, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting (3rd offense).
