MONDAY,

JANUARY 23

Robert Ciampi, 56, of 140 Oakwood Ave., was arrested on charges of intimidation of a witness and assault & battery in a domestic situation.

David Concannon, 18, of Malden, was arrested on charges of carrying a firearm without a license, breaking & entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, trespassing, and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building.

John T. Quintal, 39, of 10 Hauman St., was issued a summons for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Paul S. Pagliccia, 52, of Malden, was issued a summons for a charge of making a threat to commit a crime.

TUESDAY,

JANUARY 24

Joseph Kahlil, 35, of 505 Revere St., was arrested on charges of assault & battery in a domestic situation, assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon, and intimidation of a witness.

Michael A. Toto, 59, of 200B Winthrop Parkway, was issued a summons for a charge of violating an harassment prevention order.

Elizabeth K. Daniels, 44, of Lynn, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of causing malicious damage to property under $250.

WEDNESDAY,

JANUARY 25

Cassandra S. Long, 34, of Winthrop, was issued a summons for charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been suspended (subsequent offense). She also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Ever Garcia-Castro, 28, of East Bridgewater, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Adolfo Hernandez, of 14 Yeamans St., was issued a summons on charges of assault & battery in a  domestic situation and causing malicious damage to property over $250.

Jennifer L. Turco, 46, of 30 North St., was issued a summons for a charge of larceny of property over $250.

Ahkeem A. Tucker, 21, of 305 Cooledge St., was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been suspended. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of a lane violation.

David P. Nardella, 42, of Swampscott, was arrested on two outstanding warrants and on charges of four counts of assault & battery,  operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been suspended (subsequent offense), using a motor vehicle without authority (second offense), possession of burglarious tools, larceny of property over $250, and attaching plates.

Boubakeur Benhamou, 20, of 204 Constitution Ave., was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Emil Haler, 25, of 8 Warren St., was issued a summons for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Lamar Anthony Baker, 32, of 18 Beachland Ave., was arrested on charges of strangulation, intimidation of a witness, assault & battery in a domestic situation, and aggravated assault.

THURSDAY,

JANUARY 26

Ellen J. Donatelli, 49, of Lynn, was issued a summons for charges of failing to stop for a police officer and operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been suspended.

John P. MacLean, 36, of 535 Park Ave., was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

Julian Suero, 66, of Lynn, was issued a summons for a charge of illegal possession of a Class B controlled narcotic substance.

FRIDAY,

JANUARY 27

Mauricio Soriano-Ramirez, 28, of 22 Yeamans St., was issued a summons for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Edelmira Gavarette, 40, of 17 Beach Rd., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

SATURDAY,

JANUARY 28

Seriah Halabi, 38, of Worcester, was issued a summons for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Jason Jose Portillo, 18, of South Boston, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and illegal possession of a knife in violation of the city ordinance.

SUNDAY,

JANUARY 29

Julie LaLiberte, 44, of Lynn, was issued a summons for a charge of attaching plates. She also was issued a citation for the civil motor vehicle infraction of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Moises-Alcides Interiano-Palencia, 31, of 47 Bickford Ave., was issued a summons for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Alexander Ayala, 43, of Everett, was issued a summons for a charge of violating a domestic abuse prevention restraining order pursuant to c. 209A.

Jose Gonzalez, 39, of Winthrop, was issued a summons for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of not having a valid inspection sticker.

Victor E. Menedez-Lemus, 38, of 20 Woodland Rd., was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.
