FRIDAY,

DECEMBER 30

Travis T. Lazare, 26, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested on charges of identity fraud, credit card fraud less than $250, and failure to stop for a police officer. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infractions of failing to stop for a traffic control sign or signal and a municipal ordinance violation.

Daniel Maisonneuve, 28, of Brooklyn, N.Y, was arrested on charges of receiving an improper credit card, identity fraud, and larceny of property over $250.

Mark V. Leto, 54, of 208 Winthrop Ave., was issued a summons for a charge of operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been suspended.

Selene B. Perez, 29, of Malden, was issued a summons for a charge of shoplifting.

Dione S. Rodrigues, 37, of 28A Morris St., was arrested on charges of assault & battery in a domestic situation and intimidation of a witness.

Raymond P. DeFranzo, 25, of 92 Proctor Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of assault & battery in a domestic situation.

JANUARY 1

Alex Bustamante, 42, of 72 Eustis St., was arrested on charges of assault & battery in a domestic situation, assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon, and intimidation of a witness.

Mark N. Rockland, 56, of Winthrop, was arrested on charges of receiving a stolen motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been suspended.

Rhonda J. Shire, 46, of East Boston, was issued a summons for charges of reckless endangerment of a child under the age of 18, shoplifting (2nd offense), and trespassing.

Laura P. Baum, 30, of Everett, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Thabo N. Motlalekgosi, 20, of 291 Revere St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Luana L. Cespeda, 23, of 308 Reservoir Ave.,  was arrested on three outstanding warrants.

Dennis Leonel Ramirez, 24, of Chelsea, was arrested on charges of three counts of distributing a Class A controlled narcotic substance, three counts of distributing a Class B controlled narcotic substance, and illegal possession of a Class B controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute.

Weverson Nogueira, 37, of 60 Thornton St., was issued a summons for a charge of attempting to commit a crime.

Samir A. Saleh, 61, of 84 Endicott Ave., was arrested on a charge of assault & battery in a domestic situation.

Marlucio Alves-Dos Santos, 38, of Reading, was issued a summons for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Abdulrahman Baabbad, 24, of East Boston, was issued a summons for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Manuel Lemus, 38, of 204 Walnut Ave., was issued a summons for charges of leaving the scene of an accident with personal injury & death and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Phalla Nol, 51, of Lowell, was issued a summons for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

David A. Zavala, 29, of Malden, was issued a summons for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Kristine A. Tenaglia, 46, of 80 Savage St., was arrested on a charge of violating a harassment prevention restraining order pursuant to c. 258E.

Terry Lee Nichols, 43, of Providence, R.I., was arrested on three outstanding warrants and on charges of shoplifting (3rd offense), identity fraud, possessing a false or stolen motor vehicle document, and making a false application for a driver’s license.

Suam Marie Maldonado-Chinea, 24, of Methuen, was issued a summons for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Lizbeth Lopez, 31, of 19 Highland St., was issued a summons for a charge of larceny of property under $250.
