MONDAY, AUGUST 22

Emmanuel Canelas, 33, of Chelsea, was issued a summons for the charge of leaving the scene of an accident after causing property damage. He also was was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of operating a motor vehicle with an open container of an alcoholic beverage.

David Concannon, 18, of Malden, was arrested on a charge of larceny from a person.

Elvis Felix, 32, of Lynn, was arrested on a charge of illegal possession of a Class A controlled narcotic substance (subsequent offense).

Louis Figueroa, 53, of Cambridge, was issued a summons for a charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

Martin R. Hickey, 28, of Everett, was arrested on three outstanding warrants.

TUESDAY, AUGUST 23

Marcus Lamar Cella, 26, of Lynn, was issued a summons for charges of violating a domestic abuse protection restraining order pursuant to c. 209A and making a threat to commit a crime.

Daniel J. Barry, 60, of Chelsea, was arrested on charges of two counts of shoplifting by concealment of merchandise (third offense).

James A. Griffin, 49, of Revere (no address listed), was issued a summons for a charge of assault & battery.

Sherri L. Marano, 45, of 925 Revere Beach Parkway, was issued a summons for charges of larceny of property under $250 and trespassing.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 24

Ross Phillip McCormack, 27, of Brockton, was issued a summons for charges of larceny by check greater than $250 and for the common law crime of gross fraud or cheating.

THURSDAY, AUGUST 25

Corrine Rose DiRuzzi, 20, of 116 Pomona St., was issued a summons for charges of two counts of shoplifting.

Corey Matthew Piper, 21, of Lynn, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on charges of two counts of shoplifting.

Juan Rose Rodriguez-Hernan, 41, of Somerville, was issued a summons for a charge of allowing the use of his motor vehicle by an unlicensed operator.

Juan Pablo Gutitrrez, 40, of 8 Emmett Terrace, was issued a summons for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Edwin Rentas Jr., 24, of Cambridge, was arrested on charges of disturbing the peace and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 26

David Young, 50, of 87 Crest Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 27

Marcus L. Castaldi, 21, of 51 Suffolk Ave., was arrested on charges of rape, intimidation of a witness, and strangulation.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 28

Nicole D. DeOliveira, 30, of Salem, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Nicole M. Thain, 33, of 167 Winthrop Ave., was arrested on two outstanding warrants.
