ARREST Report

MONDAY, JULY 25

Osama Bensalem, 23, of Malden, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Barnabe Nahimana, 43, of 29 McCoba St., was arrested on charges of operation of a motor vehicle whole under the influence of liquor (2nd offense), leaving the scene of an accident after causing property damage, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, and resisting arrest.

TUESDAY, JULY 26

Juan F. Rodriguez, 35, of 45 Vane St., was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.

Samantha A. Ney, 25, of 31 Elmwood St., was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.

THURSDAY, JULY 28

Maxwell Topper Delaney, 33, of 184 Bellingham Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of assault & battery.

Michael A. Baptiste, 26, of 61 Winthrop Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Paul Glen Nonenmacher, 31, of Hull, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

FRIDAY, JULY 29

Maxima L. Parkinson, 31, of Claremont, N.H., was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Melissa Cannatelli, 19, of 165 Mountain Ave., was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

SATURDAY, JULY 30

Yurany Calle-Campos, 25, of 370 Ocean Ave., was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.

Ashley K. Cuozzo, 28, of Syracuse, N.Y., was issued a summons for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Hisham Ali, 39, of Everett, was arrested on charges of operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs (3rd offense) and operation of a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been suspended (subsequent offense).

Adrian J. Garcia, 21, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Arlene May Berry, 35, of 229 Cooledge St., was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

Kenny M. David, 30, of Somerville, was arrested on charges of breaking & entering into a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, assault & battery, two counts of making a threat to commit a crime, rude & disorderly conduct in violation of the city ordinance, resisting arrest, and vandalizing property.

SUNDAY, JULY 31

Francisco Javier Soriano, 39, of Lynn, was issued a summons for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, malicious destruction of property over $250, and leaving the scene of an accident after causing property damage.

Raul A. Ortiz, 32, of Chelsea, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.
