ARREST Report

MONDAY, MAY 9

John Fasano Jr., 26, of Saugus, was arrested on a  charge of shoplifting.

Luis Ramon Fonseca, 34, of 28 Taft St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Joshua W. Frenette, 36, of Boston, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a  charge of disorderly conduct.

Joseph J. Corso, 36, of 101 Steeple St., was arrested on charges of two counts of assault & battery and one count of assault & battery on a person over the age of 60 causing injury.

TUESDAY, MAY 10

Kerven J. Julce, 31, of Brighton, was arrested on charges of intimidation of a witness, assault & battery, and strangulation.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 11

June L. O’Brien, 57, of 86 Walnut St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of shoplifting.

Jennifer J. Khudari, 29, of 41 South Ave., was arrested on charges of illegal possession of Class A, Class B, and Class C controlled narcotic substances with intent to distribute.

Daniel C. Saliba, 51, of 41 South Ave., was arrested on four outstanding warrants and on charges of illegal possession of Class A, Class B, and Class C controlled narcotic substances with intent to distribute (subsequent offenses).

THURSDAY, MAY 12

Gramoz Stefo, 28, of 54 Hutchinson St., was arrested on charges of  operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

FRIDAY, MAY 13

Santi E. Rigano, 49, of 41 Oak Island St., was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

Richard O’Boyle, 69, of Winthrop, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Kenneth R. Blaikie, 54, of 41 Irving St., was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of failing to signal.

SATURDAY, MAY 14

Anastacio A. Rivera, 25, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop for a police officer, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, selling or delivering alcoholic beverages to a person under the age of 21, and trespassing.   He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infractions of possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage and a marked lanes violation.

Donald A. DeSimone, 32, of 418 Revere Beach Parkway, was arrested on charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.  He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

James J. Bertoncini, 30, of 270 Reservoir Ave., was arrested on charges of shoplifting and illegal possession of a knife in violation of the city ordinance.

SUNDAY, MAY 15

Ronald Frank Spencer, 68, of 190 Shirley Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of intimidation of a witness.

Kristopher M. Goodrich, 33, of Chelsea, was arrested on three outstanding warrants and on a charge of shoplifting.
