Enad Alruwaili, 24, of 388 Ocean Ave., was arrested on a charge of breaking & entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony.
Gino Ciano, 18, of 8 Oak Tree Lane, was arrested on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, falling to stop for a police officer, and disturbing the peace. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infractions of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a helmet violation.
