Renee Perkins

Of Swampscott, formerly of Marblehead

Renee S. (Marcus) Perkins of Swampscott, formerly of Marblehead, entered into rest on August 13. She was 80 years old.

She was the beloved wife of the late Sanford H. Perkins; devoted mother of Andrew Perkins and his wife, Kimberley of Boca Raton, FL, Amy Perkins Alpert and her husband, Adam of Saugus and the late Stacey D. Perkins; loving sister of Irving Marcus and his wife, Audrey of Florida; cherished grandmother of Spencer R. Perkins and Logan J. Perkins.

Laurence Guarino

Of Revere

Laurence E. Guarino of Revere, formerly of Saugus, died on August 15.

The beloved husband of Jeanette M. (Holland), he was the devoted father of Robert and his wife, Amy of Rockport, and David of Saugus; cherished grandfather of Beckett Henry of Rockport and Eric of Houston, Texas and great grandfather of Hadley Guarino; loving son of the late Henry and Rina (Bersacola) Guarino; dear brother of the late Robert Guarino and loving cousin of Norma Musto of Revere.

His Funeral Service will be held in the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home, 128 Revere St, Revere today, Wednesday, August 19 at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice. Florence Cantone

Revere homemaker

Florence E. (Cutillo) Cantone, a lifelong resident of Revere, passed away at home on August 11. She was 86 years old.

Born in Boston, she lived in Revere all her life and was a 1947 graduate of Revere High School. For several years, as a young woman, she worked for Sweetheart Paper Products of Chelsea as a government inspector.

She was the beloved wife of the late Andrew A. “Andy” Cantone, former proprietor and operator of Andy’s Gas State Auto Repair of Broadway, Revere, who died in August of 2001. She was the devoted mother of: Sandra A. Chiesa and her husband, Michael Chiesa and the cherished grandmother of: Michael Chiesa,, Andrea O’Brien and her husband, Robert, all of Revere; the dear sister of Lorraine C. Malinowski and her companion, John Morandi of Woburn, Janet M. Stuppia and her husband, Michael Stuppia, Sr. of Revere and the late Louis R., Frank R. and Robert J. Cutillo, Jr. She is also lovingly survived by her great grandchildren: Gabrielle S. and Robert A. O’Brien of Revere and by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.

A beautiful and touching Eulogy was delivered by her 11-year-old grandson, Bobby, (Gupsy).

Of Revere, formerly of East Boston

Anna Marie (Jones) Rossetti of Revere, formerly of East Boston, died on August 11.

She was the beloved mother of Stephen Rossetti, Jr.; wife of Stephen Rossetti, Sr.; daughter of the late Anna T. (Bruno) and Robert M. Jones, Sr.; sister of Laura Reynolds, Carl, Faith, Neil, Susan, Anthony and the late Joyce and Robert M. Jones, Jr. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Of Malden, formerly of Revere

Karen (Miller) McLaughlin of Malden, formerly of Revere, passed away August 14.

She was the beloved wife of the late John McLaughlin; loving mother of Robert Sevier of Germany, Michael Sevier and his wife, Rochelle of Lynn, and James Sevier of Saugus; cherished grandmother of Joseph, William, Merle and Josie Sevier.

Anna Martin

Spread her enthusiasm and zest for life with everyone she met

Anna (Martiniello) Martin of Florida, formerly of Revere, passed away on July 30 in Deltona, Florida. She was 81 years old. She is now reunited with her husband, the love of her life, Paul W. Martin, Sr. who left us in 2003.

Born in Revere, a daughter of the late Orazio and Philomenia Martiniello, Anna wintered in Florida for many years before moving there full time in 2003. Anna was a resident of Sterling Court Retirement Community where she served as a Community Ambassador responsible for greeting potential and new residents. She enjoyed life and spread her enthusiasm and zest for life with everyone she met. Anna loved country music, enjoyed playing bingo, farkle with dice, quilting, crocheting and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by three sons, Paul W. Martin, Jr. and his wife, Deborah, Dennis R. Martin and Robert D. Martin and his wife, Marilyn; her brothers, Roy and his wife, Cynthia, and Louis Martiniello; sisters, Mary Bonugli and her husband, John and Rose Marie Hudson; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Anna’s brother Peter and sister Francis Martiniello preceded her in death.

Funeral arrangements were by the TUCKER-QUINN Funeral Chapel, Greenville, R.I. Burial was in the Rhode Island Veteran’s Cemetery where she rests with her husband, Paul.
