Frank H. Dumas, 44, of Oak Buffs, was arrested on charges of breaking & entering into a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and malicious destruction of property over $250.
Jonathan N. Sanchez, 20, of 135 Constitution Ave., was arrested on a charge of assault & battery,
