Robert Cook
Retired Revere Firefighter and USCG CPO, Past Commander of Revere American Legion
Robert L. Cook, a Retired Chief Petty Officer-USCG and a retired Revere firefighter died unexpectedly in Revere on November 16. He was 82 years old.
A US Coast Guard veteran of World War II, Korea and Vietnam, he was the Past Commander and a member of American Legion Post #61 of Revere and a former Senior Sexton at Immaculate Conception Parish.
He was the beloved husband of 60 years of Rosemarie (Coviello); devoted father of Robert L. Cook Jr. and Retired Revere firefighter Ronald S. Cook, both of Revere and Lynda Cook-Clark of Lynnfield; cherished grandfather of Jill M. Vieira of Saugus, Thomas R. Ward and his wife, Jennifer and her son, Owen of Tewksbury, Ronald and Robert L. Cook III, both of Falls Church, VA; brother of William and Donald Cook, both of Florida and is also lovingly survived by two great grandchildren, Madisyn R. Vieira of Saugus and Mason Cook of Falls Church, VA, his daughters-in-law, Marie Cook of Saugus and Judith Cook of Lynn and by several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend his Funeral from The Vertuccio & Smith Home for Funerals, 773 Broadway (Rte. 107) Revere on Wednesday, November 21 at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, (corner of Beach Street and Winthrop Avenue) Revere at 10:30 a.m. Visiting hours are Tuesday only from 4 to 8 p.m. Burial will be private. Lucy A. (Vitale) Patti died in Revere on November 13 following a long illness. She was 81 years old.
A member of the Revere Women’s Club, Revere Cares, St. Anthony’s Ladies Sodality and the Anthonian Club, she was the devoted mother of David W. Patti of Abington, Jill A. Kadra and her husband, William and Tracy R. Bodie and her husband, John, all of Hanover; Â the cherished grandmother of John T., Erin T. and Cassidy R. Bodie, all of Hanover, David M. and Michael C. Patti, both of Abington, McKenzie and James W. Kadra, both of Hanover; dear sister of Gloria Hurley of Revere and the late Laura A. Cataldo, Phyllis A. Marino, Maryann D’Agresta and Vincent Vitale. Helen Mary Piazza of Revere, formerly of the West End, died on November 15.
She was the cherished daughter of the late Antonio and Josephine (Amara) Piazza; loving sister of Josephine Amara and Paul Piazza, both of Revere and Mary Kessler and her husband, Joseph of Braintree and the late Sabastiano “Jimmy†Piazza. She was the beloved companion of Vinnie and fond aunt of eight nieces and nephews and five grand nieces and grand nephews.

Eleanor R. “Ellie” (Cortese) Â Felt died in Revere on November 10 following a brief illness. She was 95 years old.
A life-long member of the Immaculate Conception Parish community and a Eucharistic Minister, she was the wife of late Revere Patrolman John A. Felt, devoted mother of John A. Felt Jr. of Las Vegas, NV, Donna M. Roman and her husband, William of Saugus, Eleanor A. Garofalo and husband, John and Mark E. Felt, all of Revere and the late Stephen M. Felt; cherished grandmother of Jennifer A. Giordano and her husband, Gary of Saugus, Robert P. Donnelly and his wife, Sandra of Meredith, NH, Jason M. Donnelly and his wife, Rhoda of Haverhill and James M. Garofalo and his wife, Colleen of Lynn. She is also lovingly survived by 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the dear sister of the late Peter, Rico, Marty and Rudy Cortese.

Adam Conte
Former Owner of Star Oil Service
Adam Conte, of Saugus, formerly of Revere, died on November 15 at the Leonard-Florence Center for Living in Chelsea. He was 86 years old.
The husband of Angelina Conte, he was born and raised in Revere, the son of the late S. Saverio and Mariantonia (Buonopane) Conte. He was the former owner of Star Oil Service in Revere which is now operated by his son, Raymond.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Conte is survived by two children, Raymond Conte and his wife, Renee of Revere and Donna Conte of Saugus; two brothers, Pasquale Conte of Revere and Victor Conte of Saugus and one sister, Eva Giampietro of Revere. He was predeceased by his brothers, Angelo Conte and Arcangelo Conte.

Marion Goldberg
Founding Member of WINARC
Marion (Bindman) Goldberg of Revere, formerly of Winthrop, died on November 14. Â She was 87 years old.
She met her husband during World War II, married and moved to Winthrop where they lived for over 50 years to be close to the beach and the “east wind”. She was extremely active in Congregation Tifereth Abraham of Winthrop serving as Sisterhood president among other volunteer positions. She was a founding member of WINARC, an organization providing care and education for mentally challenged individuals. Her favorite hobby was following the New England weather.
The beloved wife of 67 years of Barnett Goldberg, she was the loving mother of Robert Goldberg of Danvers, Allen Goldberg and his wife, Michele of Holliston and Steven Goldberg of Newton; cherished grandmother of Seth, Alyssa, Janna, Anat, and Meital; beloved sister of Myrna Sadowsky and her husband, Harold Sadowsky of Florida, and the late Sydney Bindman and dear cousin of Thelma Kaminsky of Winthrop.

Ann T. Fedele died unexpectedly in Revere on November 12. She was 81 years old.
She was the Past President of the Revere Society for Cultural & Historic Preservation, a member of the Rumney Marsh Foundation and a lifelong devotee of the Immaculate Conception Parish.
She was the cherished mother of Marisa C. Duca of Fuquay Varina, NC and the late Mark C. Duca; beloved sister of Frances R. Borick of Saugus and the late Marie E. Molinari and Cosmo J. Fedele and is also lovingly survived by her niece, Susan M. Molinari of Revere and several other caring nieces, nephews and cousins. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Theresa J. (Paone) Fedele.

Joseph E. Gazza of Revere, a retired Revere Firefighter, Vietnam Veteran and a member of the Joseph Leon Mottolo Post 4524 V.F.W., died on November 11. He was 61 years old.
Born in Lynn, he was the beloved husband of Janice E. (Fournier) Gazza of Revere; Â devoted father of Jennifer E. and Michael J. Gazza of Revere; son of the late Antonio and Marie (Errico) Gazza; dear nephew of Joseph and Constance Errico and brother-in-law of Marguerite Kelley. He is also survived by many loving cousins and friends.

Active in Somerville Church, School and Community
Teresa C. (DiSarcina) Tuccelli of Somerville died on November 10.
Mrs. Tuccelli was active for many years at St. Polycarp’s Church as a CCD instructor and Eucharistic Minister. She was past President of the Grimmons School PTA, past President of the Somerville PTA Council and was honored with a lifetime membership to the PTA National Association. She was also a Cub Scout Den Mother and would always pray for others even when life’s hardships had laid a burden on her own health.
She was the beloved wife of the late Anthony F. Tuccelli Sr.; devoted mother of Anthony Jr. of Revere, Stephen and his wife, Ann of Woburn and Paul Tuccelli and his wife, Marie of Stoneham; daughter of the late Bernard and Mary DiSarcina; devoted grandmother of Christine, Stephen Jr., Marissa and Ariana and sister of the late Rose, Louis and John DiSarcina. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends who were all her “family”.
