Police Briefs 11-22-2011

Monday, Nov. 14th

Darryln Belliveau, 53, of 18 Burnett Rd, was charged with operating a motor vehicle negligently to endanger, malicious destruction of property over $250, assault and battery on a police officer, and rude and disorderly conduct.

Jose Vaquerano, 35, of Everett, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (2nd offense), operating a motor vehicle negligently to endanger, and driving with an open container of alcohol.

Tuesday, Nov. 15th

Joas Alencar, 31, of 96 State Rd, was charged with violating a protective order and assault and battery.

Leslie Emmanuelle, 34, of 360 Revere St, was charged with violating a protective order.

Michael Picardi, 24, of Saugus, was arrested on one warrant.

Wednesday, Nov. 16th

Steven Dungan, 19, of 49 Rose St, was charged with assault and battery by a dangerous weapon (firearm), assault by a dangerous weapon, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a firearm without a permit and possession of ammunition without a permit.

Brian Mercado, 17, of 84 Atwood St, was charged with rude and disorderly conduct.

Thursday, Nov. 17th

Noelle Keane, 31, of 364 Ocean Ave, was arrested with four warrants.

Ali Naji, 18, of Everett, was arrested on one warrant.

Friday, Nov. 18th

Joshua Barki, 36, of Malden, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and one warrant.

Dolores Marino, 29, of 48 Conant St, was charged with shoplifting.

Kenneth Russo, 44, of Everett, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without being licensed, obstructing a passing a vehicle and marked lanes violation.

Saturday, Nov. 19th

Khary Barrow, 31, of 11 Whitin Ave, was charged with violating the knife ordinance, receiving stolen property over $250, trespassing and four counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle.

Charles Bass, 49, of Brockton, was arrested on one warrant.

Sunday, Nov. 20th

Jesus Bruno, 40, of Beverly, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle negligently to endanger.

Jose Alfredo Espinoza, 25, of Lynn, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without being licensed.

Maxamillion Landry, 38, of Somerville, was arrested on one warrant.
